What is your return and exchange policy?

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: 

To ensure the health and safety of our customers worldwide and provide a safe working environment for our staff, we will not be processing any returns or exchanges during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

We have extended our return and exchange policy indefinitely and any return packages that we receive during this time will be stored safely and processed at a future date.

Please do not ship any returns or exchanges at this time. 

We appreciate your understanding as we take extra precautions to do our part for the health and safety of our global community.

Our normal return and exchange policy: 

You can return clothing that you purchased directly from unboundmerino.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered in. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any reason within 90 days from the ship date.

Please fill out the RETURN SLIP that came with your order, include it with your package and send everything to the address listed on your return slip.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable.
  • Please note that all socks and underwear are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons.

**If you are sending from outside of Canada and need to declare the value of the order, please mark 'RETURN ITEM' with a declared value of $1**
